Half-day Session

This half-day session (up to 4 hours) is ideal for focused website updates—whether that’s refreshing existing content, updating images or layout, making structural tweaks, or implementing new features.

It’s designed for authors, artists, and creative professionals who already have a website in place that I have designed, and who need thoughtful, detail-oriented updates without the scope of a full redesign.

During this 4-hour window, I’ll be fully dedicated to your project and available via Zoom, email, or text—whatever’s easiest for you. Booking this session automatically generates a Zoom link, which we can jump on at any point during the work session if needed. This time is yours, and I’m here to support it however is most helpful.

We’ll use the session efficiently to address your top priorities. After booking, you’ll receive a short intake form to outline your needs, and I’ll review your site in advance to ensure we’re ready to go.

What’s Included:

  • Site review + prep based on your intake form

  • Up to 4 hours of dedicated updates (design, content, or light technical edits)

  • Real-time availability (Zoom/email/text) during the session

  • Testing and final refinements completed within the session

  • A follow-up summary noting what was completed, along with any recommendations

Half-day FAQ

  • This session is designed for clients whose websites I’ve previously built. It’s ideal for authors, artists, and creative professionals who need thoughtful updates—without the scope of a full redesign.

  • Just use the Zoom Scheduler on this page to choose your preferred date and time. Payment is collected at the time of booking to confirm your session.

If you need me to invoice your institution directly, please reach out to me before booking so I can arrange that on your behalf.

  • We can cover quite a bit in a focused session:

    • Updating content and images

    • Refining layouts

    • Adding new sections or pages

    • Light technical edits

    • Addressing areas that feel clunky or outdated.

The intake form helps ensure we’re clear and prepared ahead of time.

I recommend making a list of the updates you’d like to address, ordered by priority. This allows me to move efficiently through your requests and keep you updated on progress throughout the session.

  • Feel free to reach out before booking. I’m happy to review your needs and advise whether a half-day is sufficient or if a different arrangement would be a better fit.

  • Not at all. You’re welcome to be fully present or just available as needed. I’ll be working steadily during the scheduled window, dedicated only to your project, and reachable by Zoom, email, or text. We can jump on a quick call or check in throughout the session as needed.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to an intake form where you can share your update requests and upload any new content. I’ll review everything beforehand so we can hit the ground running.

    • Pre-session review of your intake form and website

    • Up to 4 hours of focused updates

    • Real-time access to me via Zoom, email, or text

    • Testing and polish during the session

    • A follow-up summary noting what was completed, plus any recommendations

  • This session does not include new branding, full-site redesigns, or in-depth development work (e.g., custom integrations or e-commerce builds). If you’re unsure if your request qualifies, feel free to ask.

  • Absolutely—I ask for at least 48 hours notice for reschedules. This helps me keep my calendar balanced and respect the time I’ve set aside for your project.

  • Yes! If you’re looking for something more expansive, we can absolutely talk about full-day intensives or a monthly retainer tailored to your needs.
