Sandra Doller

Sandra Doller is a writer and translator. Her new website was designed to reflect that multiplicity—at once immersive and precise, atmospheric yet sharply structured. The goal was to create a digital space that feels alive to her experimental practice while remaining intuitive and highly navigable.

Built with custom video backgrounds and a layered, animated homepage navigation, the site unfolds through movement and depth rather than static hierarchy. Targeted custom CSS was implemented throughout to refine typographic control, spacing, hover states, and responsive behavior. This attention to detail helps the site achieve a fully tailored experience across devices.

Visually, the design balances cinematic presence with disciplined restraint. Motion is used intentionally, not decoratively, creating a site that mirrors Sandra’s work itself: formally adventurous and rhythmically charged!
